How quickly can I have my tank?
Straight away usually - because many of our Tanks are in stock. We just need to clear your payment.

Can you supply Sight Gauges and Connector Kits?
Yes we can. We stock many fittings sight gauges, pipes, adaptors, taps, valves, delivery kits etc. And electronic low level, overfill and bund alarms especially chosen for their suitability for your tank. See some of our fittings here Fittings

Can I pick the exact tank I want?
Yes, if you would like to. We are operate from two sites five days a week and most tanks are in stock right now. Give us a call if you want to discuss what you are looking for.

What guarantee do I have?
Our new fuel tanks carry a full manufacturer's guarantee, you may need to register your tank with certain manufacturers.

How do I know it is a quality tank?
We have decades of knowledge about supplying tanks. These years of experience have made us very choosy about the suppliers we work with. Tanks have OFTEC Certification or are manufactured by OFTEC Members - OFCERT LICENCE is an Oil Industry Technical Certification. You can view the OFTEC website at www.oftec.co.uk .

Can you fit my new Oil Tank in for me?
We can offer a complete tank changeover service by an OFTEC Certified Engineer.

What is a Bunded Tank and do I need one?
You may do. There are important new regulations on oil storage, so mention it when you ring and we can advise you. We also have information for you on our Bunded Tanks Page. Contact us if you would like one of our free handouts or visit the Environment Agency site www.environment-agency.gov.uk

I don't want a Plastic Tank, can I have Steel instead?
Yes we have a wide range of Steel Tanks to choose from, single skin and Bunded - these are made to order. Plastics are usually supplied from stock.

Do you supply Waste Oil Banks?
Yes, take a look at our Bunded Tank page.

Will I be able to have my tank delivered?
Delivery can be arranged to most postcode areas on the mainland.  All tanks must be installed in accordance with prevailing legislation and OFTEC guidelines. The total base are of each tank must be fully supported - if in doubt contact OFTEC, your local environment agency or give us a ring.

Can I place an order right away?
Yes. Use the form on our Place an Order page, or ring, fax us or email us.

Can I pay by credit/debit card?
Yes, all our credit/debit card transactions are governed by Lloyds TSB Cardnet. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Switch, VISA Electron and SOLO.

My old tank is leaking and it's Saturday afternoon! Can you help?
Yes we probably can - if you're local. We can recommend a special emergency service.

I quickly need an emergency tank for liquid food storage. Have you anything suitable?
Yes, our new 1000 litre IBC's are approved for liquid food and drink.

Do you supply anything else as well as plastic Fuel Tanks and fittings?
Yes we do, we supply IBC tanks, Fuel Stations, Baffled Tanks, Biofuel Tanks, Bunded Tanks, new Steel Tanks, small new screw top containers, small new clamp top barrels, recycled plastic barrels, steel drums, wooden barrels, plastic buckets, stainless steel containers, recycled water butts, recycled plastic water tanks, wooden pallets and wooden crates, 1000 litre Transit Tanks uprights etc.

Who have you supplied?
Our customers include home owners, small businesses, local authorities, universities, building companies, country estates, government departments, farmers, plumbers, forestry commission, film companies, television production companies, environmental and waste disposal businesses...

What about your recycled tanks and water butts. What's been in them?
Usually fruit juice and food based products.

Can you deliver recycled tanks and plastic water butts?
Yes to most postcode areas including Scotland, Ireland and Europe.

I am trying to source new and recycled Conical Tanks. Can you help?
We stock them - so just give us a call.

We are Self-Builders. Can you supply Eco Friendly Tanks including Septic Tanks?
We can. Our supplier is the leading British manufacturer for these types of tank. Excellent quality and guaranteed.

What are your opening hours?
For expert advice you can phone us from 8am until 5.00 every weekday.
Our sales depot is open for customers from 9.00 - 1.00 and 2.00 - 5.00 Monday to Friday.
Also open 9.00 - 11.00 on Saturdays until end of November (We are usually open all weekday lunchtimes but occasionally close - so give us a call if that's the only time you can come.)
